Responsible

Support customer requirements. include Japanese customer.
Respond to incoming calls, reply e-mail and Line official from the Japanese customers.
Sales support. include issuing document.
To support about mobile application and smartphone set up.
Coordinate with suppliers.
To record data related with customer, sales and expense
Other tasks as assigned.
